Our fragrances range from floral and fresh notes to rich, warm and woody aromas such as Musk Rose, Neroli & Bergamot, Royal Oudh, and Majestic Oudh.
Simply pour the fragrance into the reed diffuser jar and place the diffuser sticks into the fragrance. Allow the sticks to absorb the fragrance and then flip them so the fragrance can flow into the surrounding space.
For a consistent fragrance experience, we recommend flipping the reed sticks approximately every two days.
For a continuous fragrance flow, we recommend flipping the reeds every two days.
Place your diffuser in a well-ventilated area where air can naturally circulate, such as a living room, bedroom, entrance area, office, or other indoor space.
Avoid placing the diffuser directly on delicate or easily damaged surfaces.
The longevity of a reed diffuser depends on factors such as room temperature, ventilation, airflow, and how frequently the reeds are flipped. For the best experience, monitor the fragrance level and adjust the frequency of flipping according to your preference.
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Follow the safety instructions provided with your candle.

Yes, eligible orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Yes. Standard surface courier delivery is offered free of charge according to our current shipping policy.
Currently, The Scent Trail ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking information is provided by the courier, your tracking number will be included.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, the courier company may leave information about the attempted delivery and provide a contact number. Another delivery attempt may then be arranged.
Products are generally non-refundable after purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us so we can assist you.
